The frame was the only thing that actually looked new. But, you can purchase a nicer, cheaper one elsewhere. Dont waste your money with this company
How can i describe my order with any word other than awful? The certificate came CREASED, the folder and all documents looked so warn out and used… and, creased. The one good thing i can say is that they refunded me after sending them photos of how poorly my order was processed/handled.
The constellation is not visible from my home in New Jersey and it’s still the summer so it should be. It is really annoying to have to constantly enter the registration number. There is another website that has it automatically entered. The frame is cheap and I honestly think it’s ridiculous for $149. Not worth it in my opinion and how many other people get assigned the same star?

We would, however, like to clarify one important point regarding the visibility of your star: the constellation was personally chosen by you when you were in contact with customer support, and it is a constellation that is visible throughout the entire United States, including New Jersey, all year round.
Please feel free to contact our customer support again. They will show you how to save your registration number in the app. You won't need to enter it every time :)
The star I purchased was my anniversary gift to my boyfriend, and I never received it. So you can imagine that I dind´t give him anything. I was very happy with you and the reviews you had for your "good service" but I won't sugest you to anyone close to me. You refund me some money but it was only 28 USD out of the 73.70 USD that I paid. So I'm now with no star and I lost my money.

While the binary star gift / certificate itself was perfect, I cannot say the same for the frame. It was broken, and waa much more lightweight / flimsy than I gathered from the photos. I ended up up buying a larger frame, which worked out bettering the long run since I had wanted to frame the certificate with a photo of my Dad & brother hugging❤️.
